At PERFECT ACCESSORYS, we rely solely on our online scheduling system to manage nail appointments. This system grants you the flexibility to schedule, cancel, or reschedule nail appointments at your convenience.
To ensure a smooth process, cancellations or rescheduling must be done online at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in charges for the entire booked services, and payment must be made in full before any nail services are provided.
When booking nail appointments, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could impact your nail service. If you're a new client with any nail product other than nail lacquer, it must be removed before your scheduled appointment. If not, this could impact the quality of your scheduled nail services. (Please note: We do not remove gel polish or acrylic that we didn't apply.)
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to choose accessories for your nails, such as nail lacquer, gel polish, or glitters, and to settle into our relaxing environment.
In the event that you arrive late for your nail appointment, the service duration may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Full rates will still apply in such cases.
Don't forget your flip flops! While we don't provide them, they are available for purchase.
Services can be paid in full prior to your nail appointment, and we accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and offer egiftcards for purchase.
Please keep in mind that our bath bombs are handmade to order and are not kept in stock, so allow time for the item to be made and shipped after purchase.
Lastly, please note that we do not accept returns on any retail items. Your understanding is appreciated.
YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION
Got a special event on the horizon? Whether it's a wedding, bachelorette party, Sweet 16, or Bat Mitzvah, your nails are an essential accessory for your look. From the bride and groom to the guests, perfectly styled nails are a must-have. And remember, if you're wearing sandals or peep-toe shoes, don't forget about your toes!
As you start planning, Perfect Accessorys is excited to be part of your special day. We recommend reaching out 3 months in advance to ensure availability for your party. Once your deposit is secured, you can begin scheduling nail appointments. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and doesn't apply to nail services. Cancel 4 weeks prior to your agreed-upon date for a full refund; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
If you or anyone in your party has existing products on your nails other than nail lacquer, please remove them before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your nail service, with payment still required.
Payment for all nail services must be made 48 hours before the nail appointment begins.
For the comfort of all, small children are only allowed if they're receiving a nail service, and supervision is necessary. Additional guests cannot be serviced on the event day unless there are cancellations.
Please be aware that PERFECT ACCESSORYS A NATURAL NAIL BOUTIQUE LLC reserves the right to decline treatment for any reason whatsoever. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
